Everyone (including myself), has things we haven’t yet noticed or realised about ourselves. In yoga – particularly in a group class setting – this means we can be repeating the same habits every week. As your Personal Yoga Trainer I will point out both when and why this is happening. This means you don’t simply change your body position – you begin to understand how you can change these habits in a way that lasts.

Getting into meditation
Add meditation to your yoga. I will help you to understand the difficulties with meditation and exactly how to deal with them – including how to use stretching as a form of mediation. Here’s a little more on one of my life passions – what meditation really is about.
