This programme is designed to get you fitter without your plan being stumped by the usual injuries of impact training such as jogging!
Interval training works your body in bursts followed by short rests. It brings the heartrate up quickly and burns calories fast. This is possible without impact on joints.

Each week you workout for 3 x 20 minute sessions:
2 x weekly Tabata sessions
1 x Strength & Technique session
You will not only be getting fitter – but also developing the technique to build your confidence

Your programme is designed to build your fitness in two ways as we work together:
We are going to gradually increase the workout time intervals and reduce rest intervals through each phase.
We are going to increase the difficulty level of the exercise as you get fitter, stronger and more used to the movements.
