Bring your group together with a shared goal.
The #flexibilitychallenge is a fantastic way for participants to demonstrate their progress.
With 6 weeks of regular flexibility-based yoga each member will be able to see the difference in their body. Hopefully with a willing ‘before photo’ of your classic standing forward fold. These 8 weeks also bring in mindfulness through awareness of the body (and how we react to pain) – something that filters through to work and daily life.

Linea app programme, personal training and group facilitation
Each member accesses their programme on their Linea app. Here they can message their own personal trainer!





Free add-on included

Each member will also be able to have any of the pre-set workouts from the Linea partner site downloaded on to their app. These range from beginner’s bodyweight workouts to gym-based strength training programmes.

Getting the group started
- Your team member provides an email address.
- A welcome email with app download link is sent to them. They also receive a PAR-Q download.
- Through the app they can take a tour of how to use its features
- With a completed PAR-Q (uploaded via email or in-app) we are good to go.
